Dawn is a by appointment only studio. In order to offer each of her clients the privacy and uninterrupted attention that is required to capture your timeless treasure, Dawn asks that you respect this policy without exception. Although you may be driving by or be in the area, any little interruption to a child/senior can ruin an entire session so please call prior to coming to the studio.
Because Dawn prefers to use primarily natural lighting in the studio, most sessions take place during daytime hours. Evening appointments between 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. will be assessed an additional 75.00 minimum order agreement fee. Saturday appointments will be assessed an additional 100.00 minimum order agreement fee.
Dawn retains copyright to all images captured. It is illegal to scan, copy or reproduce the work of Dawn's Photography in any manner and punishable by law with fines starting at $150,000. As an artist, Dawn wishes to have complete control over the final look of her client’s images, and scanned images damage her reputation as a photographer by devaluing and distorting the image quality.
Online galleries become active only after you have paid your minimum order agreement. They remain active for 15 days. Orders not placed within this time frame will result in loss of print credit. There is a $50 fee if you need your gallery reactivated.
Session fee is due at the time your session is booked. Session fees are nonrefundable investment on your time and dawns. Because Dawn turns business away during her busiest times of the year she asks that you respect her investment of time in your portrait experience by keeping your scheduled appointment. If your child is sick or something unforeseen happens please contact Dawn asap to reschedule your portrait creation. When your order is placed, all deposits will be subtracted from your total. All invoices must be paid in full when you pick up your order from the Studio. No portion of any order may leave the Studio until your account is paid in full.
Although we do everything to deliver your finished portrait as soon as possible, our number one priority is quality. Most orders are ready in about 4 weeks. However, we reserve the right to delay any order we feel needs further attention. Portraits will not be delivered until thy meet our high quality standards.
